My Story
I’m Denitsa, an HR partner with over eight years of experience helping startups and scale-ups across Europe build and grow exceptional teams.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across diverse business areas from marketing and finance to product, data, legal, and operations but my deepest expertise and passion lie in technology recruitment and HR strategy.
I’ve always been fascinated by what drives people to do their best work and how the right team dynamics can transform a company’s trajectory. As both a recruiter and an HR business partner, I’ve learned that hiring is not just about filling roles - it’s about building connections, shaping culture, and supporting long-term growth.
That passion led me to create RiseHR, a space where people and performance grow together.
